Thank you to Mike Locke with Mt. Juliet Air Care Inc. Our old A/C unit of 20+ years quit on Labor Day weekend. Mike arrived a few hours after the initial call. After diagnostics, he thoroughly informed us of our options. Mike even offered to bring a few window units so we could have air until the end of the week when the new unit would be installed. Later that evening he called back to inform us that he and the crew would be working to install the unit by the next day. We were shocked to say the least. As stated, they showed up and the job was done in no time at all. Mike also filled out all the warranty information and sent it to us the next day after that. As well as follow up phone calls to ensure we were happy with the new unit and service. Old school service in modern times. We could not be happier. Only company we will call from here on out!

I'll start by saying I never write reviews unless something really stands out. Mike installed a new unit at my in-laws house in Hermitage earlier this year and did a phenomenal job, so when ours went out in Hendersonville he was the first call. He showed up without even mentioning that he doesn't service Hendersonville typically, but he wanted to help us out. Mike did everything possible to get our unit running cold until it could be replaced, even installed a piece of equipment at no charge to us, in attempt to Band-Aid it. When determining that the unit needed to be replaced, he told us he honestly couldn't fit it into his schedule for weeks, but wanted to pass the business to a well respected man that lived closer to us so we could get a new unit faster. Came to my house (40mins) and passed a 8k+ sale off to a respected friend. I couldn't say enough about Mike and how he runs his business. If I lived in the Mt. Juliet/Lebanon/Hermitage area, I wouldn't waste time calling anyone else. Hard to find good people these days, so I hope this helps someone weighing who they should trust with a costly home expense.
